As of writing, Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) are priced at $38.70 They are $0.13 lower compared from the previous month. Compared to last year’s pricing, which was at $37.80, there is a $0.90 increase in prices.
Large-scale Generation Certificate (LGCs) price updates:
Until the end of December 2020, Large-scale Generation Certificates (LGCs) were at $37.50. As of writing, LGC prices are at $35.00 which is $2.00 higher compared from the previous month. There has been a downward trend in prices last year. LGC prices reached $44.50 last October and plunged to $37.00 in December.
Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) price updates:
Trading for Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) as of writing is at $58.30, which is $6.20 higher than the previous month’s trading price. For the last quarter of 2020, VEEC prices rose by 5.95% which is 44.72% higher compared to in January 2020. However, VEECs prices remained stable as of to date.
Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs) price update:
The current trading prices for Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs) are at $30.25 which is $0.05 higher compared to the previous month price of $30.20. ESCs prices last year were between $23.00 and $30.00. It reached its lowest point at $24.10 in July 2020 while it peaked at $30.20 in April 2020. Trading prices fell at two percent (2%) during the last quarter of 2020.
