Aquatic Plant and Control Upgrades - Saving Money, Lowering Emissions for Council

The City of Maroondah (Council) is a local government area situated in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. The Council – a member of the Eastern Alliance for Greenhouse Action – is proactively seeking ways to mitigate climate change risks through energy conservation and sustainability projects in line with its Carbon Neutral Strategy & Action Plan adopted in 2015, Climate Change Risk and Adaptation Strategy (2018 – 2022) and 2040 vision for a clean, green and sustainable community. The Council identified Aquanation among other facilities to be assessed and upgraded for operational improvements, emission reduction and energy savings.
